The
CORIN water treating chemicals have been developed by the Chemical
Research Center of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the Kemobil Joint
Stock Chemical Company. These products were awarded many national and international
prizes. The CORIN products are a family of wide spectrum of water treating
agents, including corrosion and scale inhibitors, dispersants, biocides,
acidic inhibitors, passivating agents and flocculants. They are synergistic
compositions of organic and inorganic compounds containing nitrogen, phosphorous,
and sulphur but no chromates; they are of low toxicity ecologically acceptable
products. These water treatment chemicals have already found application
in chemical plants, oil-refineries, fertilizer factories, power plants,
mines, food products’ plats pharmaceutical plants, thermal water springs
and other types of industrial enterprises.
