Registration Fees

The registration fee includes: abstract book (not for accompanying persons), admission to all the scientific sessions, coffee breaks, 3 lunches and participation to the get-together party

Payments

Registration fees should be paid either by credit card through the secured on-line registration system on this website and by bank transfer.

In case of bank transfer, please, indicate your name and the name of the congress: "CEEPC2009 MKE3015 and use the following data:

Credit card payment:
In case of the credit card payment the bank will debit your account with the registration fee determined in HUF.
 
Cancellation policy
Refund requests can be submitted to the Conference Secretariat. 50% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before September 1, 2009. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
